Mt. Longonot Schools has a Board of Directors in which Mrs. Susan Kanyingi is the Managing Director. She is in charge of the school management and oversees all school operations.

The school currently has a total of 22 Teachers who are all trained in education.

Some of these Staff have additional training in Theatre Arts, Music, Art, French, ECDE and ICT. Their academic qualifications include Certificates, Diplomas, Bachelor’s degrees and Master’s degrees. We also have highly qualified support staff including a Security team, Drivers, Chefs and Kitchen stewards, Secretaries, Accountant, Dorm Wardens, Nurse, grounds and maintenance Staff, and Cleaning Staff just to mention but a few.
